What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, receive an invoice or contact us we collect contact and billing details (name, company, phone, email, billing and shipping address) and the payment information needed to process your payment. We collect business contact and order details needed to quote, produce, deliver and bill the work.

How we use it

To quote, produce, deliver and bill orders, process payments, issue invoices and receipts, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell customer information and we do not send marketing email without consent.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment providers; card details go directly to those providers and are not stored on our systems. Invoice payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy).

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, shipping carriers, email, accounting), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Our companies share customer records with each other to deliver and bill work.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and access

Records are kept as required for warranty, tax and accounting purposes. To review or correct your information, email info@raddpayments.com.
